Drake Forest Guardian in Cave
Built the initial aluminium foil cave in my Scenic World Building workshop at Weta Unleashed , then decide to expand upon it by adding a clay layer and painting and flocking it to take it to the next level. Then sculpted a Drake/Forest Guardian to add to the cave to complete the scene. It guards the golden egg with the seedling of life - the heart of the forest
A Drake isn’t a Dragon, though is related, it has no wings
I sculpted each individual leaf scale and carved a wood texture into the Drake's exposed skin.
